DumDum
Finally I got an answer about letting DumDum and Smartis to come outside the cage. So this evening two of the doors of the cage has been open. It took a while but finally DumDum took the step outside, and with some help from Kompis he discovered to climb up on the cage and then he flew back into it again. I'm so proud.
This far Smartis haven't showed any intrest for the life outside the cage. But I'll guess I just need to give it some time.
Other progress they have done today is that everyone ate the soaked seeds today and everyone took a bath! So it has been a great day for my cockatiels!!!
